Needs Analysis We provide customers with lifestyle-based designs that reflect what is important to the home buyer in the areas of safety/security, energy management, entertainment, home office/connectivity, and convenience. We work with each home buyer to assess their initial needs and priorities. Each homeowner is unique and will have different lifestyle requirements. Design Services Once a client’s preliminary needs and priorities have been determined, we begin the detailed design phase. We can start with a base connected home package, and then modify it based on individual needs. Or we can do a complete custom design. In either case, your connected home design is incorporated with your CAD drawing to provide you with a connected home blueprint. Each design is labeled and bound includes floor plans, drawings, reports, checklists, and wire labels. Project Management and Implementation Once the design has been finalized, the Implementation phase begins. During this phase, individual connected home components and systems are installed, connected, and tested. Since the installation process follows the design contained in the connected home blueprint, the installation and wiring of individual components can be completed by our personnel or a low voltage electrician selected by the builder or homeowner. In either case we can also provide project management services and work with the developer, general contractor, and subcontractors throughout the project. Programming and Integration Services Following Implementation and Integration, we work with the homeowner to ensure that the connected home functions according to their requirements by programming the various systems. We also provide the homeowner with the training and documentation necessary for them to operate their systems including:
Ongoing Service and Support Following implementation, we work with our clients to provide ongoing service and support. Each of our clients’ connected home design is stored on a secure web site which can be accessible to the homeowner. This makes it easy and convenient when homeowners upgrade or change connected home services and/or components. Our design consultants are available to work with homeowners to update their designs and/or provide consulting related to the latest and greatest in connected home technology. Ownership of complex electronic systems makes it imperative that you know who you can call in the event of a question or the need for service. We are your single point of contact for all issues relating to the long term ownership of your connected home system. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!
