How the Absolute Security & Technologies Lifestyle Builder Program Works

The program was designed to help builders increase profits now from features and systems home buyers often add to their homes later. Far beyond structured wiring, this program also provides home buyers with the opportunity to wrap all of their home automation and electronic desires into their mortgage.

To help streamline the many decisions that must be made around what consumers desire to incorporate in their home automation and systems integration, Absolute Security has created three levels of packaged home automation and integration services which are:

Silver - minimum level most consumers desire in home automation with a focus on security, safety, and energy management. This package may pay for itself due to reduced insurance costs and energy savings.

Gold - the minimum level higher end consumers desire in home automation. This goes beyond the components of the Silver package with additional focus on home office, entertainment, and convenience.

Platinum – the minimum level of home automation the top tier consumers desire which includes items such as irrigation control, security cameras, web-based access to their home from anywhere in the world.

Each of the packaged levels of service were designed based on our knowledge and experience and can help you quickly meet consumer demand and increase profits. In fact, working with Absolute Security & Technologies is as easy as One, Two, Three.

Step One

We begin by meeting with our Builder Partners to better understand their target home buyer market and their floor plan designs. We then work with you to determine which of the three packaged services will best meet the needs of the majority of your home buyers for each specific floor plan. During this initial meeting, we also calculate your potential for increased profit based on the Absolute Security packages and the number and types of homes you are building.

Step Two

Once our packaged services have been matched to your floor plan designs, we develop builder specific home automation and system integration designs. We incorporate these designs with the floor plan designs for each of your model home types. Each design includes floor plan, line, schematic, and block drawings along with various detailed and summary reports for such items as wire connections and a line item by room checklist. At the completion of this step, you will have successfully integrated the home automation and integration solutions with your floor plans.

Step Three

As your potential customers become home buyers we will work with you, or directly with your customer, to develop a final design specific to the individual home buyer. Just as some home buyers select upgrades for carpeting and countertops, some will want to add features and functionality to the standard home automation and integration packages. In any case, during this step, we develop a final design that is specific for each home buyer. Once the design is finalized, we provide you with ongoing support from the rough in phase through the finish phase of construction by ensuring that all the needed materials are ordered and delivered on time. If desired, we will also complete all of the needed installation work or project manage the effort should you wish to subcontract the work to another low voltage installer.

Our support doesn’t end following completion of the construction. As part of the Lifestyle Builder Program, we will store each of your customer’s home automation and integration designs on a secure web site. This will allow your home buyers with access to their initial design to make future upgrades and changes easy and economical to complete.
